Was wondering if someone could help me out with Step by Step Instructions on how to install LCPDFR. I have windows 8 operating system. Before making the downloads do I need to download Grand Theft Auto IV? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

Yes, you need GTA IV for LCPDFR to work properly. You will need to buy GTA IV.
