GTA IV installed, update patch installed. - Runs fine after that. Run the auto LCPDFR as admin, then the patch as admin. They when i go to start the game i get this ---->

exception EFCreateError in module DSOUND.dll at 000116C5. Cannot create file "c:\program files (x86)\ Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\asilog.txt". Access is denied.

i ran the diagnostic tool and it just locks up. any suggestions? thank you.
