I think Steve made his own textures but there are a bunch of nypd uniforms in the download section

In that first video He just slapped my skins from my NYPD pack on to those SAHP Peds. My god, it's just horrid.

Honestly I like it, it would fit with the rest of my police peds. I already have that one and I don't like it.

If you want, I have my own without the skinned boots and with a powder blue top which can be changed easily. Looks 10 times better than his crap.

I think the boots look neat but if you can do that and think it will look good with gta 5 nypd Peds, which I think you made. That'd be AWESOME!

It looks nice but it doesn't fit in with the rest of my peds such as the badge. I'm currently using one similar to the pic provided since I cannot find one which looks like Steve's ped.

Does it have a sleeves up or t shirt version?

That does not, but it can be made to have a short sleeved version. I would be happy to help, but why would you put a LCPD badge over the LSPD badge? It looks horrid.

Well, my other cop peds have that LSPD badge but it's all good. If you can get a short sleeved version for it I'll be very happy...

To be honest I find to have that GTA V Highway patrol guy edited to be like Steve's looks far more better, but this is good too!
