Error:Loading LCPDFR loader.loader

I have a problem

When the game start it's open like it's always do and in the top-left corner of the screen Error: loading LCPDFR loader.loader

And a black box appear and says: LCPDFR critical error and have been shut down and the game still 100% on but no LCPDFR mod

Note: LCPDFR v9.5 was working perfect

I'm on Windows7 Ultimate x64 bit SP3

Intel Core 2 due 2.53GHz

Ram: 4GB

NVIDIA Quadro NVS 160M

Total Graphics Memory 2009 MB

Dedicated Graphic Memory 256 MB

GTA IV Version 1.0.7.0 the latest

The game is cracked but that wont make any problem cuz the game is full and nothing is missing

No mods exept for Simple native trainer but i removed it cuz i want to play LCPDFR more real

And I will put all my log files in gta iv folder

I'm using a crack - it's not a problem
GTA IV 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game)
I run the game as an administrator.
I'm sure that my GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"
My ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder
There is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.
I've reinstalled LCPDFR like 10 times.
I've Installed these: .Net Framework 4, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012

LCPDFR does not support cracks and yes that is a very big problem since you could have pirated the game. This is as far as your going to get until you can prove that you have a legit copy of GTA IV itself. I know some people dont have the money but pirating is illegal

I understand your point but here in egypt we really can't afford the games price because the price is in dollars and 1 USD = 7 L.E and it's really

hard to have about 350 L.E to someone in my age + i just wanted to have some fun since i don't have good games exept for GTA iv and SA and i thank god that there is mods for them allowing me play all the games i would like to have them, and i didn't lie I told you it was cracked, so you wont help me, no problem, i'll back to iron-man and hulk mods and

Julio's mods at least they make mods without asking if my game is Original copy or cracked. put your self in poor peoble (situation I'm not sure if i wrote it right) befor judge them

And I'm sorry if you feel (offended not sure from this one too) I just felt anger cuz you talked to me like am a criminal

imagine that you have only Fifa2000 and Claw and some stubid flash games and your friend give GTA SA and after that GTA IV and take nothing for it
