Would help if you type down of what you are trying to import. I see the video of you putting textures together and the model is not being imported.

 

are you trying to re-edited an model? or even making your own model? or just skinning them?

 

when you import and model they need to be unlocked if they locked then you can not edit them, plus doing skin you do it thought Photoshop

    You should extract the Zmodeler executable and all related files into a folder first, only then do you attempt executing it. You can't run Zmodeler from within a .rar file.

     

    If the above doesn't help you out, try downloading an older version of Zmodeler, preferably 2.2.4.
