RC2 - AI cops spawning like crazy

First off....absolutely love the mod.

In installed and played RC2 last nite. Got into a pursuit and the AI cops (who I didnt call) came from all over the place. When the suspect crashed and bailed on foot, there must have been 30 cop cars stacked up on each other with cops running like crazy. Looked like a scene out of Blue Brothers. Finally the game crashed.

Id also like to tone down the amount of police cars in the city AND the amount of taxis. Anyway to do that?

You need the Traffic Flow V5 in the download section. That will fix the taxi problem

Also "Traffic Load" works very well. Search for it.

As for too many cops around do a search for a fewer cops "popcycle" file. I have it and in a big chase, if I DONT call for backup, I will only have 1 or 2 cop cars join.
