Gta Iv crash

Hi. I log into the game and I have lcpdfr 0.95, els v8 and a car pack. no other mods. I get on the game and when i try to spawn an emergency vechicle, it crashes. my friends have the same exact car pack and they play it fine. mY COmmand line crashed the game so i removed it but it still crashes/
