Hi, klingt vllt etwas blöd, aber ich möchte eigtl mit dem RTW (Rettungswagen) rumfahren und Patienten behandeln und ins Krankenhaus bringen, jetzt frag ich mich wie das funktioniert.

Habe es bei YouTube gesehen, dort steht etwas mit RESCUE 10.

Könnte mir vllt jmd helfen?
