Exception occuring, minidump and texture loss/crash

Hai to everyone on this part of the forum.

 

I come here today because I'm crossing the path of a "small" problem that starts to slightly get on my nerves. After roughly 15 minutes of game, I get a minifreeze of one second or so, as if the game was loading something, and then boom, either texture loss (everything that is not in front of the camera disappears, and if I turn around everything turns invisible), or the game crashes. Considering it occurs both when I'm playing LCPDFR or the game itself, I guess the problem comes from the game and not the mod, hence I'm posting here. Did anyone have this problem in the past, and would have a solution to the problem?
