Fixing that its saying i dont have .net framework 4.5

Hello, i had a error that the tool was saying i had no .Net Frameworks 4.5 but i had it. It said to use the advance browser to find my game for no reason. I verified my location and it still said the error to me. I will post log of it here:

When i was installing the setup (automatic) my MalwareBytes blocked a unwanted program, i ignored it.

Plus: I have the steam version of GTA IV.

I uploaded the first error log in the attachment bar.

You probably have a newer version of the framework than the most recent one when the tool was published, so it can't detect it. Apart from that, if LCPDFR works you can ignore any tool output.
