I live in Long Island and have been looking for a Long Island pack and can not seem to find on.  If you are interested in making a pack, please let me know and if you need reference images, here you go,

I made a Nassau PD skin set a while back, hosted on here:

As for Suffolk, there's a few skins scattered across the net. There was also a big Suffolk PD pack in the works, but I don't know what happened to it. Here's one from LCPDFR:
