Is a Detective script possible?

I was think of a script of where you get a call about a dead body, or seriously injured person and you have to investigate. You get the call, say ya or nah, drive to the location.

If there's a body you call the ME in the script and they arrive and tell you what the cause of death was, and then you interview some people standing around the body(3 people max). I guess after that, one of the witnesses will give you a description of the guy( or gal) and have a search circle around the area or maybe another dispatch will generate a location of a possible suspect and you meet up with noose to "knock on the door". And either arrest or get into a shootout.

If the victim is alive, I guess pretty much the same thing.

What do you guys think, is this script possible or is it too many things generating(a location, spawning the peds, spawning noose, and all that crap) that would cause way too much crashing?
