Sorry if this is the wrong place, but I posted this on the support and I haven't got any help back yet.

 

I tried downloading the LCPDFR 1.0c automatic and manual (both didn't work) and I was wondering if there are steps that I have probably missed. 

 

Is there a step by step instructions that I can follow to ensure that this is installed in the correct way?
