September 26, 201411 yr Hi All, I have successfully reskinned many vehicles and replaced the defaults for GTA IV and TBoGT. They are all work correctly, with LCPDFR and ELS8. I have now created a new image file, handling and vehicle file for an additional 7 vehicles EMERG1 - 7. I have followed a guide on youtube and have the first vehicle all set up. However, is there a different way for adding these new files when you are just using EFLC and not the base game?
