LCPDFR load error; Diagnostic Tool crashes

Hi guys,

 

I have been trying to install LCPDFR both automatically and manually with no success.

 

I had previously installed LCPDFR with success on my older PC desktop, but now have a 27" iMac with Windows 7 Bootcamp.

 

I've always been getting a Script Error when first starting the game while it also says "Load Successful", then immediately after it says it has encountered an error and shut down or something along those lines.

 

I am running the game off of Steam, so it is a genuine purchased copy of GTA IV off of Steam.

 

Here are my specs for my computer:
