Gta iv has stopped working 2-3 minutes of playing

Ok, so everything goes fine, I can arrest, pullover, join pursuits but after 2-3 minutes of playing the game crashes?

 

Details:

-Im playing on EFLC

-Im playing LCPDFR 1.0

-Im running game as admin

-I playing it on the lost and damned

-I have downloaded all the patches

-I downloaded every requirment

-I do not have any other mods installed,

-I installed it with automatic installation

-Playing on windows 8

-I have a anti-virus program running

-I downloaded this from amazon, so I do not have a disk, I really don't know if they put a crack for no CD/DVD?

-My computer specs are:

Intel® Core i5-3450 CPU @ 3.10Hz

8.00 GB (3.20 usable)

32-bit Operating system, x6-bases processor

No pen or touch Input is avalible for this display...
