[REQ] Alley Lights - For ELS, or a separate mod.

So, i was watching some Whelen videos and saw, some alley lights... I Love them

So, yes i know that ELS has the take down lights, but i was thinking about those except less bright and on the side of the light bar.
Almost like EVCS... But i have no interest in using that mod, just because you have to map every car.

Anyone willing to make or help make a mod like this idea?

Also, if you do not know what alley lights are.... They are lights placed on the side of light bars so you can see either down an alley or perhaps view a parked cars license plates at night.
