Exactly, my story is the same and now days beginners have 100x the amount of parts and resources I did. I had a CVPI, a Whelen Justice, and a Code 3 XT6... that was it. I fashioned what I needed from just those parts and slowly got noticed and worked my way to where I am now. This stuff doesn't just come via the request on a thread, especially for such a rare and desired model. You put in the time and effort and release some quality models then maybe you'll get someone to give it to you. Thats still a maybe since just because your releasing work doesn't entitle or guarantee you a model. Few have that model (the good version) and those who do hold onto it like Ft. Knox.  Its not something thats going to happen overnight or after you releasing 1 model. Its months of work.

Your best bet is to work the way up the ladder. Nowadays any struggle with a new modder seems to get babied and instant parts released/given. While it's not necessarily bad, it means there are plenty of parts around for you to use Dakota. Additionally, the taurus and other nextgen vehicles are kept private as the ones who have the rights to give out the vehicle, for the most part, come from the time when serious work was needed to earn vehicles and are trying to retain a little of the past modding expectations/culture(idk the best term). 

 

 

Work your way up, learn scratch modeling and deliver some well executed releases and i am sure someone will help yah out.

Wanna know the truth? no one in this community gives a shit about anyone but either themselves, unless they're in a "group" & still, even they talk shit about their "friends", so my friend, if you want to mod, I'd suggest learning to convert & make models out of what you convert for yourself.

 

I don't mean to sound like a ass but I don't give a damn. Unless you want to buy your own taurus and have it converted, good luck getting a unlocked taurus.​

I find it laughable that people actually care this much about a damn model of a car for a video game..... haha like wtf, i guess i'm just not as into this as yall, because if i had a mod for a video game and someone asked me for it, i'd be like yeah sure who cares, not get all entitled and rude and say no i dont give a damn. I couldn't care less about the car, just ran into this thread and it made me giggle..... i had no idea people pay real $$ for gta mods lol
