I was waiting to know if anyone else was experiencing this. I had recently put in the Unmarked Ford Super duty (http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=2041) In my game. Well it worked when I used els 7 when the truck first got released so I just tried to put it back in game. And here is the problem. Some of the side lights now don't even come on at all and the lights that do flash they don't even line up with the actual light model in the window its like its off centered.

That's why.

Some cars that came before els8 are not fully compatible. Like I know that all of the Alaska State Trooper cars do not work with els 8. Some of the lights won't flash, and if they do, the lights are flashing below the actual lightbar.
