please take note of the headlights at 1:16 - can anyone tell me how i can mine to look like this, the way they look on the pavement.

Enable the headlight coronas in the ELS VCF (located in the ELS folder).

 

The numbers beside the on/off status represent the flash patterns. 0, by default, is standard wig-wags.

 

[ CORONAS ]

Headlights = on, 0

Taillights = off, 0

IndicatorsF = off, 0

IndicatorsB = off, 0

Reverselights = off, 0

Go to you ELS folder in GTAIV, then scroll down and change headlights to on.

You can also change the taillights, reverse light and the indicators if you want to have them enabled also.

Have you set up ELS to use that VCF via the SLOTCONTROL.ini file?
