I'm looking for a mod that will give firearms extreme damage i.e. handguns 2-3 shots and you're dead, large caliber guns will kill you in a couple shits, those are just examples.  A while ago I used this mod but deleted it, and now I can't find one like that ANYWHERE.  I've looked on this site as well as GTA-Mods and can't find anything that's similar to it (I've tried a couple already).

I also wished to get a real bullet effect.. Hard core mod is not very customizable.. My solution came with this weapon editor

It edits the weaponinfo.xml file in data folder.. U can do that manually but its dificult.. This software allows u to edit any weapon bullet damage, rate of fire, range, magzine size etc..
