Changing Skins causing ZLIB20 Error

I added some skins onto my cruisers for GTAIV, finally got it working with Simple Native Trainer, BUT i pressed J to turn on my ELS lights, ZLIB20 Error, Invalid Resource.

Ever since it was updated a few days ago I've heard countless complaints of crashes caused by the program. It's quite likely that it's the cause. Try installing both the vehicles and skins with SparkIV and see if it works then, if it does we can rule OpenIV as the issue.

Alright, luckily I kept the skins in a folder on the desktop just in case

It is OpenIV, it works fine now, only got a crash when I tried to do a bait car, but that always crashes my game.
