ZLIB20 ERROR?

I keep getting this error called ZLIB20 error after putting some skins on some cars, and adding a new police station interior.

Could this be caused by skinning multiple vehicles with multiple skins or putting new textures in or what? I really don't want to have to reinstall GTAIV again

You don't have to reinstall, you can always use your backups that you made previous to installing the mods.

Yes, I done a complete backup of GTAIV and deleted the folder from steam, and then copied the backup folder in to the common folder of steam apps, but I still get this error. (BTW it was after reinstall so it is no mods at all)
