Why didn't you just perform a PIT maneuveur? How's your application to be a cop? The guys also doing a full circle around the area. Also a bit late, he aimed the weapon then lowered then you shot him. That would constitute shooting a surrendering civilian. What police officer aims for the head? You will be trained to shoot for the torso. Your a cop not a Green Beret.

It's hard to explain but when editing the text, or setting the text position, on the left somewhere is a box with the res of the text. Set it to the same as the clip playing. Should help.

During edit it was aligned right...but when i render it does this crap

Looks like I just made the res of the text massive. To cover the gaps. Then used the event pan/crop tool to select the right size.
