ive been worrying if you need GTA IV or not, for about a month ive been trying to solve this problem and how to play this and I'm starting to think that i need GTA IV seriously now because im really, at this point starting to think I need the game for this lcpdfr mod. So far after I downloaded G17 media IV Diagnostics.exe after I opened it it did a simple check, I got 2 error(s).

1st error : Single-core CPU's not supported

2nd error (this really caught my eye) : GTA IV not detected

SO I thought, oh crap...

I haven't been paying attention to prices very much at gamestores and stuff. I was hoping this thing had no spending anything.

After all, it won't really matter if a i buy GTA 4 or not.

Hopefully in no time i'll get this up and running....

Of course you need to buy GTA IV, as this is a mod for it. And i'm afraid your PC would not run GTA IV if you have single core CPU. And if it will run, it will barely work, it would be unplayable.
