How should I set this up?

I've been working on a pack based on Westchester County Police. The car has 3 dual avengers, one in the front and two in the rear, one in each corner. I can only based this of 1 or 2 pictures. The car also has a directonal bar, but I already set that up. The car goes by NY State lighting regualations and so I have no idea how to set up the rear lights. The front has 1 red and 1 white led, I know that for sure. But how does the rear lighting go? The rest of the cars in WCP's fleet has 4 blue leds in their liberty lightbars, then there are 2 white leds in the front and the rest is red. So for the rear do I go red+blue,red+blue; blue+red,blue+red; blue+blue,blue+blue; red+blue,blue+red; blue+red,red+blue or I guess the last one is all red? Sorry if it seems like I'm freaking out, I just really want this to be close to the real vehicles.
