It looks like it will work just fine, with the 7850. May I ask why you listed two GPUs? You can only have one GPU in at a time, or, if you are running an SLI/Crossfire set-up, you can only have two or more of the same GPU.

But as long as you have the 7850 in there with the i5 processor, you should get some pretty nice frames on good settings.

I recommend you don't buy a prebuilt, they often take shortcuts when it comes to quality of the components. It will run GTA IV just fine most likely.
