July 17, 201411 yr ok so i tryed to install the female police dispatcher, and i just copyed and pasted all the files into, ovb my lcpdfr folder, after that i started my game up, no lcpdfr police chatter at all. so i thought ok well i ovb cant just over wright the files, so i deleted the folders and replaced them all with the female police dispatcher ones. reloaded up the game. no dice still zero police chatter all text coming threw, thats it. So i said fuck it and replaced the whole audio folder with the original ones that came with 1.0c download. still nothing no dice. so i made a fresh install of gtaiv with a fresh install of 1.0c, still nothing no dice. i even deleted my save game file and create a bran new one and still nothing complete silience. also made sure i dident have all text mode on or disable random police chatter! im at a loss of words here. if ANY one can suggest anything that may fix this issue i would love you forever! any response is appreciated!
