Hi,

 

could any of you build this car "GAZ 2975 Tiger" I have all the parts found in .dds format, but how to convert in GTAIV I do not know.It would be nice if you could turn it into a US police car like "Lenco Bearcat" or Unmarked&Marked Police Car.Please you have here all files you have nothing modding only build ELS lights on the car and texture,but i can also self make textures.Please my GTA Brothers!

This would be also good Cars in GTAIV or maybe later for GTAV...

Thank you i know that,this is not Bearcat this Ford F750 Pit-Bull VX and the first one is GAZ 2975 Tiger.Pit-Bull looks much better than Bearcat,and by Tiger i have all files to make Mod but I'm not a specialist as you are.

.dds files are textures for the car, they're a HQ image used for making textures mostly. We would need the actual 3d model of the vehicle to convert it.
