Would it be possible for someone to just reskin (i think that's the proper term anyway) to have the black and blue bike shirt and jacket like in the Jefferson Parish Peds for the improved enhanced cop? On the back I would like it to say police or transit police? I usually play as an LTA cop. I would do it myself but I have zero time to get doing it, as well as even less talent with GIMP/photoshop.

It kind of worked, but a couple of things seemed out of place (i.e.: the front POLICE lettering appeared too low). Thank you anyway.
