Would anyone be able to me a skin pack for Tampa police department i got a CVPI already i jut need a tahoe and ford taurus if anyone can make them please..

I recommend you to attach photos, and a more descriptive description of what you need made.

I thought Tampa PD went with the Charger PPV, not the FPI?

 They got a charger which im trying to make one myself but i i want the taurus as a custom one and i cant get it to work >.<

Tampa PD has a few new Tauruses running around. I see them from time to time. Lots more Chargers though.
