[FIXED] No engine sound (NOT SNT Related)

Featured Replies

My game was working perfectly 2 days ago. I was messing around with some very low end ENB mods to see if my system could handle any when nearly every file from my "common" and "pc" folders dissapeared. I didn't even touch those damn folders. all i did was remove the ENB files from the main directory and place my old timecycle and visual settings files back where they are supposed to go. NOTHING ELSE.

Anyway, since then i have reinstalled those files from a backup and also reinstalled every mod i had before the incident. Everything works properly again now but i have no engine sound at all. I hear the basic road noise like the tires and stuff and i hear that high pitch turbo sound from certain cars but nothing else. every vehicle is the same and i cannot figure it out for the life of me!

Just to clarify....

-All files from "pc" and "common" totally replaced/reinstalled.

-Exactly the same models, sounds and scripts as before.

-Same custom handling lines, visual settings, time cycle and so on.

-Every other sound is still there.

Does anyone have any idea why i don't have engine noises? I've spent 2 days trying to figure it out....

EDIT: Turns out that the only file that wasn't replaced was the STREAMED_VEHICLES.rpf in the audio folder. I've replaced it now and everything works fine.
