I can start the game and play but when i start lcpdfr in the game i can change into the cop and maybe make it to a car but the car wont drive and then it automaticly sends me back to my desktop screen?? please help

Sorry I have read the section u included and will make sure I follow the guidelines. I went through the checklist and verified everything. I also have ELS V4. I only have two els enabled cars for police1 and police2

Yes I do run the program as administrator. Launch gta4 as adminisrator.
