Hello all, stupid question... How do I repair a damaged police car with out Cheats?? And with out replacing it with a new one? Normally I use the health cheat but some times LCPDFR won't let me use the phone in game so I can only use what cars I can find??

You can use a trainer (Simple Native Trainer is my recommendation) or look up the ScriptHook console command for reparing a car. I don't have it at the moment, otherwise I'd list it.
