Let me know what you guys think of my custom ISP themed textures and whether or not I should create a pack. My textures do not have the state of Idaho on the door but a custom Alderney State Police badge.

    Looking for a Inglewood Police Department skin more so on the fictional side since they are really plain and basically look like the LAPD...so I was thinking a Forest Green Black and a Tan color or White with a design concept like this '> and some kind of fictional Inglewood PD Logo...if possible done for more than 1 vehicle.

    What you should do is download paint.net for free and just start experimenting with different paint schemes on different templates, that's all I do. It will take some time but you will get the hang of it eventually.
