GTAIV launched fine an hour ago..now doesn't

Hey,

so I was playing gta earlier today and it ran fine. i did not make any changes since then and i just tried to boot up and it ran the SC login screen, and then doesn't do anything. It says it's accessing the disk and then shows the "loading" circle by my cursor, and then nothing. cscreen doesn't go black, rockstar logos don't start, it just stays at my desktop like i never tried to run gta.... running LaunchGTAIV as admin
