Hello. I just started up IV and it was in the loading screen process. Then, it just randomly crashed. It said: GTA IV FATAL ERROR: Out of video memory-Please re-boot your system 96448512 96448512.

Does anyone know what happened?! I have the military mod and add-on, a whole weapon pack, skin and uniform mods for police, playerped, and brucie. I also have SNT. It worked just fine yesterday, but today, this came up. Any help on what happened?
