When I Enter The Police Station I Go To A Street, Not The Station

When I go into any police station, it takes me to a street instead of the station. This makes it so I can't go on duty. I am not using any mods except for LCPDFR. I have tried restarting the game, trying different police stations, and I end up on the same street. I will be attaching all my logs to this post.
