Hey to everyone out there but can someone help me and design a philadelphia police uniform which i havent seen on here and would LOVE to see it and use it if someone can make this for me and to everyone that would like to use it as well.  (Would like to see uniform that include short sleeve, bullet proof vest, Black jacket, button down shirt with tie, correct philadelphia police logo and etc ) Anyone that can help me out i would really appreciate it :)
