Is there a way to disable the Gruppe Sech officers and disable the Stockades? I hate when they join the pursuits with their clumsy stockades plowing unrealistically through ppl and traffic.

 

I also use traffic flow mod and it doesnt seem to put them away.

 

Also in GTA IV multiplayer the regular LCPD officers patrol alderney and everywhere. Is there a way to disable state troopers in single player and let LCPD take over?
