What directory do I need to put ELS in to get it to work with TBoGT? (A few questions)

1.So I bought EFLC today, and all day have been trying to get els to work. Do I just apply it to the TBoGT folder or the EFLC folder?

 

 

2. And I also had it working for a while, but the lights weren't emitting any light just flashing textures. Then they basically whited out. And I did indeed try the Radiance mod. Is there any way to fix this? 

 

Any help with either problem would be greatly appreciated. 

 

 

Edit: With how much I messed with it I decided to re-install overnight and check this for answers when it's done.
