i am trying to open my log file but it pops up and says that it has stopped working ?? i have ticked advanced box aswell plus when i am playing lspdfr i will get about 15 mins into it then will crash , go to a black screen and a message pops up saying gta iv has stopped working ? wondering if this has something to do with it .

 

and yes its a legal copy off steam that i bought specifically for this .

 

and microsoft.windowsAPICodePack.dll is in the same folder as the tool 

 

oh and when i installed lcpdfr it popped up with a message saying could not find a valid destination after it installed 

Also i have noticed i currently have .NET Framework 4.5.1 installed ?
