Ok so I was improving performance on my gta following the information on this link:

So afterwards i started and it said invalid resource so i restored it to original and now when I play i have a black bar about

that big at the bottom of my screen and it pushes everything up and I can not see the whole display. i tried taking a picture with fraps and it did not capture the black bar only the gta home screen. It would be great if this could be fixed without reinstalling.


 


The following is a fix to the problem above:

My screen resolution in the game settings was 1360 x 768 (60 Hz). I changed this to 1366 x 768 (60 Hz) and this solved the problem.
