Random crashes occur..

So, did a clean reinstall of my GTA recently, tested it with my main mods (and no ENB this time, just the radiant mod) and everything worked fine until this evening. I quickly either get a LCPDFR crash that doesnt crash my game itself, just LCPDFR with a bunch of text saying i should restart the game. Most logs seem fine, but the logs i'm providing are the ones that containt the error somewhere, i hope. So if anybody is willing to take a look, that would be really awesome.

And yes, i have looked through similar topics, but i find it very hard to pinpoint the real errors in, for example, the LCPDFR log on my own system, let alone compare it with others.
