A bunch of weird things with LCPDF1.0c

1st) I'm noticing that responding officers who take away the prisoner will abandoned their squad car with suspect still in the car? Meaning suspect is sitting in the back of the squad car with no officers to drive him away? 2nd) Also noticed that back-up officers will arrive in their squad car but once I make the arrest the back-up officers will walk away and leave their squad car sitting in the middle of the road. Just think it's weird when you have 4-5 squad cars empty while watching 8-10 officers walking away right after I make the arrest? 3rd) I'm driving around seeing un-occupied ambulances just sitting on the side of the road, in a lane,or  intersection with the lights on but no paramedics in sight? Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issues I am? 

Oh and I am noticing I keep having a coffee mug in my hand? I have to keep hitting ALT-O to drop it? I did not have this problem with LCPDFRb? Any help would really be appreciated!! THANKS!
