If I buy EFLC do I have to do anything special to install things like LCPDFR and ELS?

So I have been thinking about buying EFLC just for the police bike, but I don't know if the process to install these will be different? Other than just the file destinations? And I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section but I didn't know where else to put this.

 

 

 

EDIT: Oh and with TBOGT will the police bike work? I mean can it do like traffic stops and all that?

    Yes, the police bike in TBOGT should work. It is a fully-fledged police unit, and you can do traffic stops in it.
