How do I convert ELS v7 cars to ELS v8?

As the title says I am trying to convert some ELS v7 cars so that they work with ELS v8. I am using some very nice cars by Cj24 and would like to keep them but when I use v8 I get a crash when a police car appears. So what do I need to change? Do I need to change the models or some code? And where are the files? As long as I don't have to remake the car I think I could do it.

 

You need new VCF settings ! check your ELS folder !
