Everytime I Attempt to use ELS -7 / -8 It loads up for the First time (No Bleep), I Then press another function and it freezes my GTA - Any one with fixes please help!!

What I've Tried: Reinstall GTA IV - Uninstall all Mods, Formatting HD. Etc

You will need to provide a lot more information. No one on these forums will be able to help you with no information provided about your specs, other mods, what you have tried etc.

Why are you using LCPDFR 0.95RC2? It's not supported anymore. Also, consider trying the game without that many mods.
