What is this sound (in police car) - help me out!

So if you click the following link, you will hear a sound that sounds like...well, hard to explain in text. It's in that video from 2:11 - 2:13 or so. The kinda, dinging sound -

It not just Ford, I drive and old Mazda (yes laugh it up) and it also dose this, but yeah. Its just letting you know that keys are still in the ignition
