ELS v7 and v8 crash after 1 min of start up

I have been trying to fix this crashing problem but it doesn't seem to fix someone please fix it for me.

Mods i use

LCPDFR, ELS v7 or v8, Policing script,Trainer, Eyecandy enb, less overtaking and 5 police car textures for els

 

I have done a fresh install of the game plenty of times, but it still crashes, i run as admin.

hmm, ill try different cars then im using the Unity police department car pack

So it turns out it actually was the cars, i just added one car that had els on it and it worked, maybe its the car pack idk
